The Town of Innisfil retained Fotenn to assess and visualize the potential development of Downtown Alcona in order to entice developers and landowners, and work towards the creation of meaningful mixed-use development. After producing initial concept sketches, I single-handedly designed and modeled the entirety of Downtown Alcona. I then produced a number of visualizations and an animation, focusing on mixed-use buildings and a vibrant streetscape.
The visualizations were used by the Town of Innisfil to attract developers to, and secure investment for, the main street corridor.
The images and animation produced for the Town of Innisfil will help attract potential developers, in turn creating a lively and dynamic main street for Downtown Alcona.
